The Person Behind the Practice

I’m Aisling - a psychology graduate, certified mental health coach, speaker and lifelong student of what makes us think, feel, cope and grow.

My approach to mental wellbeing is simple: there is no one-size-fits-all version of mental health. We are shaped by our experiences, our environments, our nervous systems and the stories we learn to tell ourselves along the way. Understanding those patterns can be the beginning of changing them.

My work combines psychology-informed coaching with practical tools for mindset, confidence, resilience, habit change and nervous system regulation. But above all, I believe support should feel human. No judgement. No jargon. No expectation that you arrive with everything figured out.

Whether you’re struggling with where you are, working towards where you want to be, or simply trying to understand yourself a little better, we start with you and we work forward from there.

A note about coaching

Mental health coaching is not therapy, counselling or a replacement for medical or psychological care. My work focuses on support, self-understanding, practical tools and forward-focused change. Where needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I will always encourage appropriate professional support.

Start Where You Are.
We’ll Go From There.

Tell me a little about what’s going on, what you’d like to change or simply how you’d like to feel. You don’t need to have all the answers, that’s what the conversation is for.
